I'm Navya Sharma, a versatile creative hailing from India, currently making waves in the vibrant Canadian design scene. My journey as a designer began during my undergraduate studies in journalism and mass communication at Amity University in India. Even before that, I was honing my creative skills by designing posters and invitation cards for various events. As a curious mind, I was always drawn to the intersection of creativity and innovation.

My passion for design led me to pursue a diploma in interaction design at Conestoga College in 2023. This program deepened my understanding of user experience and interaction principles. As I delved deeper into the field, I became increasingly intrigued by the specific areas of UI and UX design. To further specialize in these areas, I enrolled in the Interactive Media Management program at Centennial College in 2024. This program provided me with the opportunity to explore the latest design trends and hone my skills in UI/UX design and graphic design.

With over two years of experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of working on diverse projects across various industries, including healthcare, digital marketing, gaming, and events. Each project has been a unique adventure, allowing me to apply my creative problem-solving skills and contribute to innovative solutions.

A Passion for Visual Arts

Beyond my professional pursuits, my creative spirit finds expression in my passion for visual arts. My journey as an illustrator began with Illustrator and Clip Studio Paint, and I've since expanded my toolkit to include Procreate. My artistic flair is evident in my captivating landscape paintings, featuring breathtaking sunsets and clouds. My versatility extends to portraiture, where I bring anime characters and real-life subjects to life with my skillful strokes.
